Thanks for looking folks.
The flags are connected to the World Soccer Cup held these days in Brazil. This is in a cafe in the city where my daughter works - she says that they can tell that the economic situation is bad right now because very few people leave their homes in the evening to watch the games at the cafe. Don't have the money to spend for beers and whatever, and prefer to watch at home.
