I have a problem, some time ago I bought one of these Nisi filters with a lens filter adaptor (or whatever the thing is called). I wanted to be able to use a polarizer. In that set there was some lens rings that looked good, so I put one of them on my camera and didn't have a problem. When out traveling this summer I noticed that the ring was difficult to remove, but since I was out traveling I didn't investigate it further ... and then I forgot about it.
Now, I realized that the ring is completely stuck and I can't remove it. It's a bit strange, since I can rock it back and forth a little tiny bit, perhaps 1/3 of mm, but I can't remove it. I've tried strength without success. I looked at the other ring that came with the set and they have no lock screw as the original ring.
I have no idea why it's stuck, or how I can get it off. Before I try some stuff that might damage things, does anyone have some suggestions for what have gone wrong and what I can do to fix it?
