Everyone here says I should use RAW, so I made a start. On the Ricoh CD-rom is the program "Irodio" so I installed it.
Most functions seem logical, but the parameters on the "sharpness" screen are different to what I'm used to in Photoshop. What are "smooth" parameters and where is the threshold? :?
Most fun is the possibility to enhance overexposed parts, in JPEG there is simply no way to do that. Another advantage: noise reduction can be set to zero.
Because I know my way in Photoshop I should have the DNG plugin. It is not on the Ricoh CD-rom. Where can I find it?
